Our journey in the short-term rental industry began over 14 years ago while we were university students renting out our apartment in Montreal, Quebec. At the time, Airbnb was just beginning to gain traction — and we were fortunate to be part of the early wave of hosts discovering its potential.

What started as a simple way to share our space quickly grew into a long-term passion for hospitality, design, and creating memorable guest experiences. Over the years, we refined our approach, learning what truly makes a property stand out and perform in an increasingly competitive market.

From STR hosting to

We went on to build Citizen North — a full-service production company specializing in high-end visual production for luxury hotels and global hospitality brands.
